Domestic orders: 

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground on all orders! Shipping charges are automatically calculated at check out time. To ensure confirmation of delivery, packages may need to be signed for. If you select UPS, please provide a daytime address that is not a PO Box.

International Orders: 

All orders outside the USA are shipped via the US Post Office Air Mail. We ship the products in a non-descript package as a commercial sample of vitamins or gift of small $ value. Customers outside the USA are solely responsible for any customs fees or seized articles. We are not responsible for ensuring all of the products offered on this site are permitted in countries outside the United States. All products are offered F.O.B. USA. and shipped at the full risk of the buyer!

Orders are discreetly shipped in plain packages. There is nothing written on the package as to its contents.

Return Policy

Please note that all supplements sales are final! Please contact us via phone or email for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to returning any unopened items. Items must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. Credit is store credit applicable for future purchases. Full credit (excluding shipping) is issued for any unopened items returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. Credit will not be issued for items returned after 30 days.
